Results Weight Loss has worked for me, let it work for you.....

Before I joined Joe Hanney, and Results Weight Loss, I had tried every way to lose weight that I came across. Slimming Clubs? I had been to them all - Slimming World, Weight Watchers, Weightcare, Rosemary Conley etc etc. Fad Diets? - I tried every type of fad diet going:- Cabbage Soup Diet, British Heart Foundation Diet, Grapefruit Diet, you name it I have probably tried it. I spent loads of money on magazines that promised that I would lose x amount of weight in 7/10/14 days. I joined different gyms, I had a personal trainer, I went to aqua aerobics, I went to different exercise classes and none of them gave me the weight loss I was looking for or the type of guidance and motivation I needed to keep going. They were happy if they were taking my money but didn’t really want to put anything in other than the first week or so and then you were only our own.

Joe has been the first person who really took an interest in what I wanted to achieve and why I wanted to lose weight. His eating program works and his semi private coaching has been a fantastic way for me to achieve what I never dreamt I could do:– Press ups, squats, lunges, star jumps, burpees – all things I never thought I could do but I can do them now and it is down to the encouragement and motivation of Joe and Sam and also of the other members of Results Weight Loss. Everybody at Results Weight Loss are like a family and have each others interest at heart – some only come to get fit, others come to lose weight and get fit.

I still have a long way to go but have lost just under 2 stone now and that is far more than I have ever managed on previous attempts. Joe and Sam believe I can do it and that in turn makes me believe I can do it – they are totally committed to their clients and this make the clients committed to them.

I have tried the rest now I am trying the best. I wish I had found them ages ago and saved myself time, disappointment and heartache. I would recommend Joe and Sam Hanney to anyone.
